Payment:

Payment is accepted through PayPal (Verified buyers with confirmed address) or Google Checkout. Both are free, easy, and secure.

Product Condition:

We use a grading scale for the products here at Frandy's which will be indicated in the description of each product page. Please read the description and review the photos of each item you intend on purchasing for a more detailed explanation of the items condition. Any flaws will be mentioned there.

New or NIB (New in Box) - Never used, worn, or removed from box.
Like New - Minimum, if any use. Used or worn gently once or twice.
Very Good - Very good condition with minimal visible use or wear.
Good – The item or article of clothing has some noticeable use or wash wear. The overall condition is good.
Fair – Rarely found on Frandy’s. The item will have obvious signs of use or wear. These items are listed on Frandy’s because they may be a rare item or still have some value or good use to it.


Returns:

All Returns Need RMA:
Please email [email protected] if you would like to make a return. Please include a description of the item you are returning, the reason for the return, and the payment method used when the order was placed. You will need a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us to place on the outside of the box. We do not accept returns without a RMA number on the outside of the box. Return requests must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must arrive within 10 business days of the issued RMA number. Returns must arrive in the same condition that they were sent.

As the buyer you are responsible for return shipping charges. Please take your repackaged order to the post office or other preferred shipping provider once you receive your RMA number.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued via the payment method you used when the order was initially placed, minus original shipping charges plus a 5% restocking fee. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been received.

All items are examined for quality and condition. Please notify us immediately of receiving your order if a problem with an item was overlooked.
