Is purchasing from Frandy’s Secure?
Yes. Our payment options with Google Checkout or PayPal are secure. Both have SSL (secure order protection, secure certificate or digital certificate) which is a protocol for securely encrypting and transmitting electronic information between web servers across the Internet, and is the most popular method for ensuring the secure transmission of information. A locked security icon on the browser shows that the connection is encrypted.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept PayPal (Verified buyers with confirmed address) or Google Checkout. Both are free, easy, and secure services. Shop many online stores with ease without having to enter your payment details over and over again.

What is the quality of your products?
We use a grading scale for the products here at Frandy's which will be indicated in the description of each product page. Please read the description of each item you intend on purchasing for a more detailed explanation of the items condition. Any flaws will be mentioned there. New or NIB (New in Box) - Never used, worn, or removed from box. Like New - Minimum, if any use. Used or worn gently once or twice. Very Good - Very good condition with minimal visible use or wear. Good – The item or article of clothing has some noticeable use or wash wear. The overall condition is good. Fair – Rarely found on Frandy’s. The item will have obvious signs of use or wear. These items are listed on Frandy’s because they may be a rare item or still have some value or good use to it.

Is my information private?
Yes. We do not sell, rent, or give away your information to anyone. Frandy’s will only use your information for our own personal marketing efforts which may include promotional emails in the future. If you do not want to receive emails from Frandy’s you may unsubscribe from all future mailings by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your very 1st email from us.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship in 1 to 2 business days after your payment clears.

Can I track the shipment of my order?
Yes. If you provide your email address when placing your order we can send you tracking information.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped Priority mail through the United States Postal Service. There are some rare occasions that an order may be shipped FedEx or UPS if size or weight of your purchase would be more economical shipping by these methods. You will be notified by email with tracking information if this is the case. If you overpaid for shipping and we decided to ship your order via FedEx or UPS to save money we will automatically refund you the shipping difference.

Does the price of shipping include shipping insurance?
Not always. If your purchase includes valuables or fragile items we will include shipping insurance. If your order contains items comparable to clothing or movies shipping insurance is not included. You may purchase additional shipping insurance. Please email [email protected] with a list of the items you would like to order, choice of payment method (Google Checkout or PayPal), and a note stating that you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance. We will email you an invoice for the order total including shipping and insurance. Unfortunately this is the only way to purchase shipping insurance.

Do you combine shipping on multiple items?
Yes, just click the “Buy Now” button on each page of the product that you want to purchase. The USPS calculator will calculate your shipping charges and give you the total for shipping once you enter your shipping information.

Why is your shipping so expensive?
We are currently shipping orders based on weight that is calculated with a USPS calculator. If you know that your item is not extremely heavy or large and awkward shaped than please contact us at [email protected] with a list of the items you wish to purchase along with your shipping zip code and the dollar amount the shipping calculator charged you. We will weigh your order and double check the shipping rates. We will then contact you with your shipping quote. If you would like we can send you a PayPal or Google Checkout invoice with the correct shipping so that you may complete your order, or we will refund the shipping difference after your purchase ONLY IF you received a lower shipping quote from us first. A refund will only qualify if you order the exact items you requested a shipping quote for. * It doesn’t happen frequently, but it is possible that the USPS shipping calculator was down during the time you tried to place your order which caused a higher shipping charge. ** Some more valuable or fragile items will have a higher shipping charge to cover shipping insurance. *** We are shipping from Wisconsin. If you are located on the east coast, west coast, Alaska, or Hawaii this could also be why your shipping charges are high. **** Whatever the reason might be, we are more than happy to double check your shipping charges if you request.

Can I leave feedback about Frandy’s?
Only qualified buyers that pay instantly using Google Checkout or Paypal are able to leave feedback. You will receive an email from noreply(at)ecrater.com with a link at the time the payment was made and again about 20 days later. You must have that link to leave feedback. As the buyer you have every right to leave feedback about us. We only ask that if your plan is to leave negative feedback that you please contact us first so that we may resolve any issues you have about your purchase.

Do you ship to other countries?
No. Sorry, at this time we are only shipping to the US mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii.
